I have been working for MCR/ Nicky for 7 months. Nicky has been one the best bosses I’ve worked for.

Everything I’ve asked of Nicky; it has been done straight away. The contacting from Nicky to myself to make sure everything is going ok, or ask if I need anything was awesome, never felt like I was put on a site and that was it.

The pay was in the bank on time every time, never an issue, plus super was paid, no issues, and I was paid a good rate as well.

I am from New Zealand and applied for an FIFO job opportunity as advertised by MCRWA.

When Covid hit, my job shut down and didn’t start back up properly so prompted me to find another role.
